All bookings are subject to therapist and room availability and are confirmed only once our team responds on WhatsApp or by phone.

Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten the session so the next guest is not delayed. Kindly inform us at least two hours in advance to reschedule an appointment.

Our therapists are trained professionals. We offer strictly professional therapeutic treatments, and any inappropriate conduct will end the session immediately without refund.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy before your treatment so we can recommend a suitable therapy.
